Important Security Update

As previously communicated, final cutover to new security certificates will take place on January 14, 2026. This is required to ensure the continued operation of your Givex services. You can view the latest update on this process here.

MLB Ballpark App Enhancement

The Go-Ahead Pay wallet is now an accepted payment method for our Shift4 gift card site version of the Ballpark app. 

Gift Card Purchase Province/State Screening

Reference: 620398

Clients are now able to restrict purchases made on their gift card website by Province or State.

Card History Enhancement

Reference: 626324

Clients can now request the history of cards even if they are expired. 

Bulk Adjustment for Loyalty Money

Reference: 611737

A new tool has been added to Portal to issue or redeem loyalty money in bulk across many accounts.

Reward Issuance Enhancement

Reference: 620993

You can now use Portal to issue rewards individually or in bulk to inactive gift cards. The reward issuance will activate the card. 

Bulk Issuance of Rewards

Reference: 620994

You can now use Portal to issue digital gift cards containing rewards individually or in bulk. Digital gift cards are automatically delivered to customers via email. These digital cards can contain a reward but no monetary stored value. This replaces a process that had a lot of manual and administrative overhead when merchants wanted to bulk issue rewards.
