NEW - Portal Rebrand

Reference: 621642 and 623041

The Portal login page has been refreshed to reflect its updated brand identity as the Shift4 Portal. References to ‘Givex Number’ in dropdown menus have also been replaced with ‘Full Card Number’ to provide greater clarity for users coming from other Shift4 products. This continues our rebranding across the entire Portal experience, ensuring a consistent feel from login to daily use.

NEW - Portal Widget for Gift Card Average Selling Price

Add this new widget to your Portal dashboard to see the top 5 stores by Average Selling Price (ASP) for gift cards. Get a matrix view of Average Selling Price based on monthly data. Enable this widget in Portal ‘System Preferences’

E-Commerce Promotion Options

New options have been added to give clients more flexibility to configure promotions. 

• Issue promotional cards from specific checkouts

• Issue physical bonus cards without the customer incurring shipping fees 

• Added error message to advise when bonus money cannot be issued due to the max balance limit.

• Set a delay before fulfilling a digital bonus card e.g. send the card to the purchaser’s email after 4 days. 

Gift Card - Adjust Rewards without Enrollment

You will now be able to use Portal to redeem/adjust the reward on a gift card, even if that gift card did not have a member enrolled. Previously, using Portal to redeem/adjust rewards required the gift card to belong to an enrolled member.
