NEW - Portal Widgets for Top Stores by Redemption and Sales

Reference: 612058 

Two new widgets to track your top-performing stores are now available for your Portal dashboard. Monitor trends over time and get useful insights without generating reports. 

  • Gift Card Redemption - Top Stores displays your top 5 stores ranked by gift card redemption amount and quantity.

  • Gift Card Sales - Top Stores displays your top 5 stores ranked by gift card sales amount and quantity.

Enable these two widgets in Portal ‘System Preferences’

NEW - Portal Widget for Gift Card Transactions

Add this new widget to your Portal dashboard to perform common gift card transactions (activate, adjustment, balance transfer, cancel, cash back, forced redemption, redemption, increment) from the home screen without navigating to different tabs. Enable this widget in Portal ‘System Preferences’

  • Portal: Reset store user id passwords from Portal
    What It Does
    You are now able to use Portal to reset stuser passwords

    How It Used to Work: This is an optional new setting.

  • E-Commerce: Phone number validation for country code
    What It Does
    This optional setting for your E-Commerce site enforces collection and validation of customer phone numbers in the international e164 standard. This facilitates collection of phone numbers for use in SMS and campaigns and reduces manual work to clean up phone number lists.    

    How It Used to Work: This is a new optional setting.

  • Portal: Store web users can issue e-certificates
    What It Does
    Store web users can use Portal to send e-certificates for their store only. The liability will remain on their store and they cannot access any other store. This feature is designed for customer service and appeasement. 

    How It Used to Work: This is a new feature.
