Connect 12.2: Release - Notice of Date Change

SpotOn Enterprise released a Connect build 12.0 on February 13, 2023. Connect 12.0 contained a large amount of work to improve overall functionality. Since the release, we have captured more bugs, creating additional hot fixes before the intended 12.2 release on 2/27.

Noting this, we have collectively decided that it would be better for clients and internal stakeholders invested in this release to shift the release date of 12.2 to the evening of 3/13. Below are a few key reasons why:

• 12.2 is a LARGE release with many changes to Connect and dependencies with other applications and services delivering work for baseball season.

• In regression, our team caught other bugs that have been vetted and added to the 12.2 release leading to increased development and testing time.

• Connect full order Refunds (a popular feature request) needed additional time so that our Payments team could fully implement all Elavon and FP order types.

For the 12.2 release, we will be allocating additional resources to provide a quick turn-around on critical issues that may arise. You can find the pre-release notes here.
