Feature Updates:

Feature Update [Enhancement] Item Import: The Item Import now allows item to be marked 'Sold As Item' at both the corporate and Venue logins.

Feature Update [Enhancement] Closing Standsheets: Improvements to the close standsheets query were implemented to improve the response time.

Bug Fix: Duplicate records in Order History - Fixed an issue where duplicate order history records were being created for a small set of orders where something fails in AX during checkout.

Bug Fix: CBORD Cashless Terminal ID is now available on every tender group.

Suites:

Feature Update [Enhancement]: The Suites > PreOrders page in Connect has been renamed “Suite Orders” given all Suite Orders (including Event-Day orders) can be accessed from this page

Feature Update [Enhancement]: The Event Order Report (Suites > Suite Orders > Download Event Order Report) has been updated to include Event-Day orders & Event-Day Items added to Preorders (previously only included Preorders & Preorder Items)

Feature Update [Enhancement]: The Analytics > Suite Order report has been updated to include all Package items (previously only included the parent Package item)

Feature Update [Enhancement]: In the Preorder Portal, Credit Account balances are now displayed during the Preorder checkout process, allowing guests to select the appropriate payment method and avoid over-drafting

Feature Update [Enhancement]: A new Credit Accounts page has been added to the Preorder Portal User Settings menu, allowing guests to quickly & easily view Credit Account balances

Bug Fix: An issue that prevented staff users from creating Event-Day Suite orders in AX for Suite Accounts assigned to individual Events (rather than “Assign by all type”) has been resolved

Bug Fix: An issue causing Tax amounts for orders with Tax-Exclusive items to be displayed incorrectly on multiple Suites Reports has been resolved

Bug Fix: An issue that in some cases prevented users from deleting a Standing Order has been resolved

Bug Fix: An issue that in some cases prevented all relevant Events from being listed in the Suite Orders > Events dropdown field has been resolved

Bug Fix: An issue that caused the Suite Account filter on the Suite Orders page to reset after a new Event Start Date or Event End Date was selected has been resolved

Reporting:

Bug Fix: An issue that caused some PLU Numbers on custom reports for Levy to not display has been resolved

Bug Fix: An issue that prevented some users from exporting reports has been resolved

Bug Fix: An issue that caused the Total Quantity column on the Inventory Value report to be incorrect has been resolved

Payments:

Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that would allow authorized pre-orders to duplicate if re-submitted with the Suites bulk update process.
