Coming Soon: Consolidated Statements for Multi-Location Accounts (US)

On Monday, November 17th, 2025, we’re introducing Consolidated Statements in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for US-based, non-SkyTab accounts. This new option gives you a single monthly view across selected locations to simplify month-end review and reconciliation.

What you’ll get

• One statement across locations: An aggregated financial overview plus side-by-side details for each location.

• Faster, easier reconciliation: Everything you need in one place.

• Your choice of format: PDF or Excel.

How it works

• Statements are generated at the beginning of each month.

• You’ll first create a Statement Group—a custom list of the locations you want included.

Getting started

1. Create a Statement Group in LBM with the locations you want to roll up.

2. Choose your preferred format (PDF or Excel).

3. Receive your Consolidated Statement at the start of each month.
   Tip: Set up your Statement Group before month-end to receive the next month’s file.
