When this goes live

• Monday, October 13, 2025

• Upgrade Window: 8:00–10:00 a.m. ET (1:00 - 3:00pm GMT+1)

What to expect during the upgrade window

• . Reporting delay: Transaction reporting may not be up to date during the upgrade window for merchants in Europe and Canada. This includes merchants using SkyTab POS, SkyTab Solo, and SkyTab Mobile devices.

  • While Canadian merchants will experience the reporting delay during the upgrade window, they will not receive the near real-time transaction data update at this time. US merchants are not affected by the upgrade.

• No impact to taking payments: Authorization, capture, settlement, terminals, gateways, and APIs continue to operate normally.

After the upgrade window

• Reporting resumes normal operation with the addition of near real-time transaction data for European merchants—no action required on your part.
