Menu Manager v3.11.0

This release improves Discount configuration, introduces greater flexibility when managing Custom Tenders, and addresses several issues involving Sales Events, tax assignments, and configuration validation.

Enhancements

Improved Discount Configuration

The Discount assignment interface has been reorganized to make configuration more intuitive.

The Adjustment Details section now appears directly beneath All Assignments, allowing users to select whether a Discount applies to the Entire Check or Each Qualified Item before selecting the Items that qualify.

This reduces unnecessary navigation and simplifies the process of configuring item-level Discounts.

Improved Manual Discount and Affiliation Handling

Discount configuration now prevents users from assigning Affiliations to Manual Discounts, since these combinations are not supported for redemption on the POS.

When switching a Discount from Automatic to Manual, previously selected Affiliations are retained in the configuration without being applied. If the Discount is switched back to Automatic, those selections are restored without requiring users to configure them again.

This helps prevent unsupported Discount configurations while reducing repetitive setup.

Editable Custom Tender Display Names

Users can now edit the Display Name of an existing active Custom Tender in Menu Manager.

Previously, Display Names could only be configured during initial creation. This enhancement allows users to update how Custom Tenders are labeled without creating a replacement.

This functionality also supports Campus Card Custom Tenders. Deactivated Custom Tenders remain locked until reactivated.

Fixes

Improved Sales Event Name Validation

Fixed an issue where editing a Sales Event to use an Internal Name already assigned to another event displayed a technical validation error.

Users now receive a clearer message explaining that the Internal Name is already in use and must be unique.

Corrected Tax Group Assignments

Fixed an issue where Items updated through the External Items API could lose their associated Menu Item Tax Group when removed from and subsequently reassigned to a Menu.

When no Menu-specific Tax Group is provided, the existing Item-level Tax Group is now correctly applied where appropriate, helping maintain accurate tax configurations.

Corrected Custom Tender Deactivation Behavior

Fixed an issue where the Maximum Amount field remained editable on deactivated Custom Tenders.

The field is now disabled alongside the other configuration fields until the Custom Tender is reactivated.

Ordering Web v1.78.3

Enhancements

• Wallet passes will now receive an update when a user updates their payment method in the wallet

• Added opt-in when signing up for SMS order state updates

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the user would get stuck in a loop when attempted to save a credit card without a zip code

• Fixed an issue where the user would be logged out when refreshing their browser under certain conditions

• Fixed an issue where the VC toggle state was not being persisted under certain conditions
