Dear Valued Merchant,

New features are now available in your Shift4 Customer Hub (formerly Lighthouse Business Manager).

What’s New in This Release:

New Features

  • Timezone Displayed in Transaction Manager Navigation Sidebar — Your sidebar now shows the current time and timezone for your selected location, making it easier to manage multiple sites or regions.

  • Timezone Displayed in Transaction Manager — Each individual transaction now clearly shows its timezone code.

Improvements

  • ‘Select All Locations’ Now Selects the Full Region — The location selector now correctly selects every location in the region from the database (not just those loaded on screen).

  • Duplicate English Merchant Statements Fixed — Resolved an issue where duplicate English statements could appear alongside localized versions. Only the correct merchant statement for the location is now shown.

No action is required — the update will apply automatically.
