Scheduled Report Delivery

We have identified an issue where scheduled reports were failing to deliver for some users beginning around July 22nd. We are planning to deploy a fix early this week and will follow up with a confirmation once everything has been verified.

Once the fix is live, scheduled reports should resume delivering correctly.

What You Should Do

If you have scheduled reports that have not been delivering as expected, please avoid editing or deleting them at this time. You can still access DataNow and run and download reports manually in the meantime. We will follow up once the fix has been confirmed and scheduled deliveries are running as expected.
