We’re excited to announce the release of Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) 2026w19 tomorrow, May 6th. This update brings several helpful new features and improvements designed to enhance your experience.

New Features

Localization Support – Hallo and Hola! German and Spanish are now available as language options. Simply select your preferred language from the new globe icon in the top-right header. Your choice is saved across sessions and applies instantly with no page reload required.
(Europe Only) Payment Link Templates – New pre-built templates for Email, Social Media, Phone Orders, and Invoices. Quickly generate and share secure payment links tailored to your preferred communication channel.
Transaction Manager – Timezone Display – The sidebar now shows the selected location’s current time and timezone abbreviation beneath the MID, consistent with the SkyTab POS experience.
(Texas Only) YouLend Capital Info Icon – Texas merchants funded through Shift4 Capital will now see a clickable info icon on Payout rows in the Settlement Report, linking directly to the YouLend portal for balance and repayment management.
(Europe Only) Partial Refunds for Shift4 One – You can now issue custom amount refunds (up to the total sale value), giving you greater flexibility in transaction adjustments.

Improvements

Transaction Filters – The Settlement ID and Batch ID filters now include an "Unspecified" checkbox. This makes it easier to find transactions without assigned IDs or combine filters for broader searches.
Advanced Search, Miscellaneous Notes & Audit Trail – These three powerful features are now enabled by default for all merchants across all regions.
Additional Transaction Cloning Support – You can now clone a voided transaction.

No action is required — the update will roll out automatically tomorrow.
