Look Up Customer Account using Email Address

Clients can now look up customer accounts on Portal using the customer’s email address. This functionality has also been added to our API.  

Bulk Adjustment Tool for Loyalty Money

Users are now able to bulk issue, bulk redeem and bulk adjust loyalty money using a new tool on Portal. The tool also supports expiry dates.. This will be useful for cashback cards and loyalty programs.  

Remove/Update Expiry Dates for Already Expired Cards

Users are now able to use the Portal Bulk Adjustment Tool to remove or update expiry dates for already expired cards. 

Cancelled, On Hold Certificates Reports - Multi-Merchant/Multi-Currency Enhancement

The Cancelled Certificate Report, Certificates on Hold Report and Certificates on Hold Snapshot Report can now display data across multiple merchants and multiple currencies. This is useful for clients with programs operating in many countries as previously they would need to run a separate report for each merchant.  

e-Certificate Resend Audit Report

This new Portal report tracks e-certificate resend activity, including when e-certificates are resent to different email addresses and user approvals. This is useful for audit and fraud detection purposes. 

Portal - Loyalty-only View

We’ve hidden unnecessary functions and menu options for Loyalty-only users. This improves ease of navigation and streamlines the user experience.
