What's New

This release introduces a simplified reporting experience, extends historical sales reporting from 12 months to 24 months, and adds new reporting capabilities across several DataNow reports. Existing filters and scheduled reports will continue to function as they do today.

Highlights

  • Access up to 24 months of historical sales reporting (up from 12 months).

  • Navigate reports using a simplified and consistent dashboard structure.

  • View any individual day within the past two years using the new Single Date experience.

Reporting Dashboard Updates

New Tab Structure: Single Date & Date Range

To create a more consistent reporting experience, dashboards previously using Today, This Month, and Last 12 Months tabs have been updated to use the following tab structure:

Single Date

View data for any individual day within the past 24 months by selecting a date from the calendar filter at the top of the dashboard.

Key benefits:

  • Access current-day data.

  • View historical dates without switching between reports.

  • Analyze any single day within the 24-month retention period.

Date Range

View data across a broader date range, up to 24 months in the past.

Key details:

  • Includes current month-to-date activity through yesterday.

  • Provides greater historical visibility than the previous Last 12 Months view.

  • Today's data is available only in the Single Date view.

Dashboards Impacted

The following reports now use the new Single Date and Date Range tabbed structure:

  • Sales Hub

  • F&B Sales / Historic: F&B

  • Sales Audit

  • Day over Day

  • Settlements

  • Donations

  • Suites Report (NEW)

  • Order Ledger

The following reports are not changing at this time:

  • Commissions

  • Approvals

  • Devices

Extended Data History

DataNow reports now provide access to up to 24 months of historical data, doubling the previous retention period.

We redesigned the reporting platform to provide a more consistent reporting experience, expand historical data access from 12 to 24 months, and improve overall system performance and reliability.

This enhancement makes it easier to:

  • Perform year-over-year comparisons.

  • Analyze long-term sales and operational trends.

  • Access historical reporting data without requesting custom extracts.

Additional Reporting Updates

F&B Sales / Historic: F&B

Payments & Settlement tab

  • Added a Card Type filter.

Product Performance tab

  • Expanded Discount UUID to Discount UUIDs.

  • Displays all discounts associated with a line item, including stacked discounts, within the Sales by Revenue Center & Item tile.

Approvals

  • Added a dataset that displays the approver associated with Custom Tenders.

Suites Report

A new Suites Report has been added to support xDine sales reporting and follows the new Single Date and Date Range tabbed structure.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug where the drill through into Net Discounts was not working in Historic: F&B --> Product Performance tab.
