Filter Persistence & Bookmarking
We have enhanced the DataNow reporting experience with two improvements to how filters are managed across dashboards.
Filter Persistence
Filters selected on one dashboard will now carry over automatically when navigating to another dashboard. Previously, switching between reports required users to reapply their filter selections each time.
Filter selections are retained when switching between dashboards
Queries on the new dashboard run automatically with the carried-over filters applied
Filters that do not exist on the destination dashboard are dropped gracefully with no impact to shared filter selections
Saved Views
Users can now save their preferred filter combinations as a bookmarked URL for quick access and reuse.
Save a specific combination of filters as a bookmarked URL
Reload a saved view at any time without manually reapplying each selection
Particularly useful for users who regularly view the same revenue centers, date ranges, or service types
Saved views can be shared with colleagues by copying and sending the URL

Scheduled Delivery — Tab Selection
When scheduling a PDF delivery for a tabbed dashboard, users can now specify which tabs to include in the delivered report.
Available on all dashboards that use tabbed navigation
Set Download Tabs to Custom within the Schedule Delivery settings to select specific tabs
Multiple tabs can be included in a single scheduled delivery
Useful for recipients who only need a specific view, such as Last 12 Months or a single operational tab
Order Ledger Update
Added Card Reader Serial Number column to the Order Ledger report
Employee Filter
An Employee filter has been added to both F&B Sales dashboards, allowing users to scope any sales report to one or more specific employees.
Available on all sales reports
Supports filtering by one or multiple employees simultaneously
Device and Revenue Center Mapping
A new tile has been added to the Venue Config report providing a self-service view of how payment devices are mapped to operational locations throughout a venue.
Displays Card Reader Serial Number, Device ID, Menu Name, and Revenue Center for each device
Includes Last Transaction Date, reflecting activity within the past 90 days — useful for identifying inactive or misplaced hardware
Especially valuable for venues with large device footprints that need to audit or troubleshoot device-to-location assignments without engaging support
Combine Tabs
A new Combine Tabs tile has been added to the F&B Sales and Approvals reports, providing visibility into tab combine activity.
View which orders were combined and into which tab
Sales and gratuity are attributed to the attendant on the destination order
Supports multiple combine transactions on a single destination order
Approvals Report — Kiosk Alcohol Approvals
The existing Approvals report has been extended to include manager approvals for alcohol purchases made through Kiosk.
Captures the approving manager and the specific item approved
