NEW - Support for the Pax A35 via the Shift4 Commerce Engine

If you are using the Pax A35, we are now integrated via the Shift4 Commerce Engine which provides an improved Tipping UI. If this is something you would be interested in applying, speak to your Implementation Specialist for more details.

Feature Updates: CWS 5 Online Ordering

NEW - Support for Google Tags without accompanying Google Analytics Tag

We have made an improvement on our side to allow a Google Tag to be used without a Google Analytics tag in addition. If you are interested in using this feature, please speak to your Implementation Specialist for more details.

Bug Fixes: POS

Transaction Analysis factoring in Uber Delivery fees in Cash total

There was an issue found in the Transaction Analysis report where if you are using the Uber Direct delivery integration that the delivery fees were being deducted from cash. This has been fixed.

Receipt when using scale not displaying details on receipt in exact detail requested by CFIA

There was an issue found that when using the scale, the receipt detailing the item did not display the item name/weight/price exactly as requested by the CFIA. This has been fixed.

Uber Direct Booking Failures

Uber recently made some changes to discount handling on their side without notifying integrators. As a result, any delivery order using a discount was unable to book a driver. We have made the necessary changes to accommodate the changes made by Uber.

Open Bill Discounts not applying properly via integrations

There was an issue where if someone is using a bill discount that has an open amount that the amount discounted would only apply to a single item which could lead to discrepancies in some instances. This has been fixed.

Brazil - Credit/Debit payments with donations not processing

There was an issue found specific to the Brazil market where pushing an order + donation amount would cause the transaction to fail. This has been fixed.
