We’re excited to share that Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w35 is targeted for release on Wednesday, August 26th.

Here are the key highlights:

Payment Links

  • Automated Customer Receipts — Customers will now automatically receive an email receipt after completing a successful payment via a Payment Link. No setup is required — receipts are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Transaction Manager

These updates apply only to merchants who are not using Shift4 Dine.

  • Alipay+ Wallet Support — You can now view, filter, and reconcile Alipay+ transactions directly in Customer Hub alongside your existing card data. Two new fields (Payment Method and Wallet Brand) and a renamed “Payment Used” label make wallet transactions easy to identify in transaction details and exports.

    • Note: Refunding Alipay+ transactions is not yet supported.

    • Note: Clone Transaction, Manual Capture, Void an Authorization, and Tip/Fee Adjustment are not available for Alipay+ transactions.

  • Receipts on Demand — You can now generate and email a receipt for eligible transactions directly from the Transaction Details page. A new VIEW RECEIPT button opens the receipt for Sale, Refund, and Void transactions (including Merchant ID and Processed ARN). Receipts are not available for pre-authorizations or non-financial entries.

  • Improved User Search & Location Visibility — Filtering the Users list by location now returns all users matching any of the selected locations. Selecting “All Locations” shows your full user roster. A new Locations column also displays how many locations each user can access, and clicking it opens their Edit drawer.

Multi-Location Management

  • Location-Level Marketplace Menu Schedules — Locations can now create and manage their own schedule hours for inherited Marketplace Menus without affecting the enterprise or group menu. Local schedules support custom operating hours by day and can be cleared at any time to revert to the inherited default.
