Reminder: DataNow Scheduled Report Migration

Canopy 2.0

Reports (DataNow)

Phase 2 of the Canopy 2.0 reporting update begins on April 8. At this time, a group of legacy reports will be retired.

Important:
Any scheduled reports tied to these retired reports will stop running on April 9 and will not be automatically recreated.


What You Need to Do

If you have scheduled report deliveries (email, S3, etc.) tied to any of the reports below, you must:

  • Review your scheduled reports

  • Migrate them to the new report structure
    or delete them if no longer needed

Completing this before April 8 will prevent interruptions to your reporting.


Reports Being Retired

  • Sales Summary (including 7-Day)

  • Operational Sales (including 7-Day)

  • Financial Sales (including 7-Day)

  • F&B Sales – old query logic (including 7-Day)

  • Merchandise Sales

  • RvC Items & Orders

  • Sales Audit – old query logic

  • Wallet Accounts

Recommended Replacements:

  • Sales Summary,  Operational Sales and Financial Sales
    → Use Sales Hub for current month reporting
    → Use Historic: Revenue for completed month or long-range reporting

  • F&B Sales – old query logic
    → Use F&B Sales v2 for current month reporting
    → Use Historic: Revenue for completed month reporting

  • Merchandise Sales
    → Use F&B Sales v2 or Historic: Revenue
    → Apply Product Type filter = “Merchandise

  • RvC Items & Orders
    → Use Sales Hub for current month reporting
    → Use Historic: Revenue for completed month reporting

  • Sales Audit – old query logic
    → Use Sales Audit v2 for current month financial reconciliation
    → Use Historic: Sales Audit for completed month reconciliation

  • Wallet Accounts
    → Use Virtual Currency
